DDD Board of Commissioners  

The Downtown Development District of New Orleans is governed by an 11 member volunteer Board of Commissioners. Board members are appointed by the Mayor of New Orleans, with input from civic groups and approval by the City Council. Downtown's State Senator and State Representative each appoint a member as well.
