REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR

DEVELOPMENT PARTNER FOR STRUCTURED PARKING

RFP - #2011-20-13

The DDD is a publicly funded entity responsible for the development and management of downtown.

Notice is hereby given that a Request For Proposals for a Development Partner for Structured Parking will be received by the Downtown Development District (DDD) located at 201 Saint Charles Avenue, Suite 3912, New Orleans, LA, 70170 until 2:00 pm, central time, Thursday, October 13, 2011.

The DDD shall reject the proposal of any Contractor not represented at the pre-submission meeting at 10:00 am, Monday, August 29, 2011, which will be held at the DDD’s office located at the address shown above.
